Private dining and celebrations hosting between 6 and 40 guests in the Terrace Room, in the Hunsdon Hall between 60 – 100 and in the Purus Restaurant between 50 – 60 can be accommodated at Ghyll Manor.
Sample menus include:
Canapés such as mushrooms filled with pesto & parmesan, chicken Caesar, chicken liver parfait and roulade of salmon & smoked trout.
Soups including cream of asparagus with nutmeg and roasted plum tomato & tarragon soup with herb croutons.
Starters including feta cheese, tomato & black olive salad with balsamic dressing.
Chicken & chargrilled vegetable terrine with rocket leaves with pesto & tappenade.
Main courses such as roasted rack of lamb with basil fondant potatoes & a honey scented jus, pan-fried breast of chicken with sun blushed tomatoes & a light seed dressing and poached cod with parsley & black olives on a herb potato puree.
Desserts include fresh fruit salad, summer pudding with cassis & clotted cream and lemon tart with chantilly cream & strawberry compote.
