Festivities at the hotel start on Christmas Eve with a welcome reception where you can meet fellow guests and the Ghyll Manor team. The evening continues with a cocktail reception and dinner in our award winning 2AA rosette restaurant and later, attend the midnight service at Rusper church, which will be followed by mulled wine.

Start Christmas Day with a full English breakfast before relaxing and enjoying your surroundings. Then your magnificent four-course traditional lunch, with all the trimmings awaits! Afterwards, take a stroll around the beautiful gardens and lake before joining our other guests for afternoon tea and Christmas cake, and if you can squeeze in any more - an evening buffet too.

For a Boxing Day treat, we will whisk you off to the local theatre in Horsham to see the pantomime, Aladdin - between a full English breakfast and superb dinner.

Stay with us this New Year and enjoy a fabulous six course black tie gala dinner in our beautiful Hunsdon Hall, and afterwards enjoy entertainment until 1am.

Start your evening by joining fellow guests and the Ghyll Manor team with a drinks reception, before tucking into a first class dinner to remember, created by Head Chef of our 2 AA rosette award winning restaurant, Alec Mackins.

After dinner, dance until Big Ben strikes midnight, then bring in the New Year with a glass of bubbly! You are free to carry on the celebrations in the hotel bar or lounge until the early hours.
